For the hunger challenge, I am going to fast for 24 hours. I work on Saturday, November 2 and after I eat supper is when I am going to start the fast. I work at Halloween Express and I will constantly be moving helping customers, answering the phone and picking costumes off the floor. I was going to try to start my fast the morning before work, but since I will be constantly up and have no down time for 7 hours at work, I decided to wait. I will probably be very hungry. When I wake up in the morning is when I am the hungriest and I will have to wait until that evening to eat. Hopefully water will help subdue the hunger
Morgan, sounds like you have a good plan. You may be surprised at the what happens - and I'm looking forward to reading your observations. By the way, what's it like to work at Halloween Express?

DeleteGood luck ... I also plan the same challenge and I'm still not sure when to start. but definitely it will be something that will make us think hard...
