Subsistence diet

I decided to go with the subsistence diet because it works best with me being an athlete.  It would be hard for me to not eat for 24 hours and I would rather do the diet instead of living off $2 a day.  I expect this to be challenging since I am limited to the food I can eat.  I plan to eat white rice, beans, and vegetables with water to drink.  Brandon Bagley.
