24 Hour Hunger, Teresa Brock

I have been contemplating between the three suggestions on what to do for this challenge.  I have decided that I would do the 24 fast.  I will start Sunday evening after eating dinner on November the 3rd and will have completed by 7:30 in the evening on Monday November the 4 .  This will be a challenge for me since I usually eat several times a day, but in small proportions.  I usually have breakfast at about 6:00 in the morning which consists of fruit, then a small mid morning snack, lunch, a mid afternoon snack and then finally dinner which is between 7 and 7:30 in the evening.   It will be interesting to see how I cope with not eating anything for this length of time when one's body is so use to eating whenever the notion strikes.  Just thinking about this gives me some anxiety.  I cannot imagine doing this on a regular basis. I wonder how grumpy or sluggish I might be because of not eating.  I guess I will be checking in on Monday giving everyone an update of how it has affected my body and/or my state of mind.
