Post workout during Fast

So I just got finished working out about an hour ago. I wanted to see how lack of food would effect my energy doing regular things in my life. I noticed I was down on energy not long after starting my workout, but this could also be contributed by lack of sleep from last night. Overall I don't think it went too bad. I'm always very hungry after a workout so i'm more interested in how my body reacts to me refusing it food when it asks for it. Water isnt really helping with the hunger part and I still have a long night of studying to complete before I can call it a night and get some rest. I think that if I had postponed working out until tomorrow morning it would have been much harder to complete the same workout. I really didnt go an absurd time between when I began my fast to when I worked out and so i'm starting to fear getting out of bed in the morning with a starving belly. I guess there's only one way to find out...

  1. Yeah I agree, I felt like I had a much harder effort with my overall routine as well. Solid insight Nick.
